A. Shipping Area: United States

We currently only ship to the United States. This policy applies to all provinces and states in the United States.

B. Billing Standard: 

Billing by Per Item. There are no additional transportation surcharges except for the surcharges that may exist in remote areas (If there is a remote fee, we will confirm with you before shipment)).

We charge shipping fees based on the number of items purchased:

The shipping cost applies per item, regardless of whether the items are shipped to the same address or are the same product. Each item in your order is subject to an individual shipping fee.

Shipping costs are shown on the checkout page.

You can choose from three shipping options:

For example, if you select $10 per item, the shipping fee for purchasing one item is 10 USD, and the shipping fee for purchasing two items is 20 USD.

C. Order Processing and Shipping Time

It takes us one working day to process the order (our working days are Monday to Saturday).

Shipping time depends on the shipping rate you choose (7-10 Business Days/5-7 Business Days/3-5 Business Days)

The total time from when the customer places an order to when the customer receives the package is Processing Time (one working day) + Shipping Time (7-10 Business Days/5-7 Business Days/3-5 Business Days)

For example, if you select "7-10 Business Days", then you will receive your order 8-11 Business Days after you place the order.

D. Mode of transport

All our orders are shipped from China to the United States by Air, and then handed over to local American partners FedEx, USPS, and DHL for final delivery.

Click Track Order and enter your order number (LU2501xxxx) to check. Or contact our customer service email ([email protected]) and we will check for you.

Attention:

1. Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address. If you fill in the P.O. BOX address, it will take at least 15 days to receive the goods, no matter how much you pay.

2.Please make sure that all the shipping information you fill in is correct and complete. Especially postcodes and phone numbers. The delivery address also needs to be specific to the house number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete receipt information.
