Returns and Exchanges

Thank you very much for choosing our website to purchase goods. The following are our return conditions and methods.

What you need to do:
Contact our customer service department ([email protected]) to apply within 30 days after receiving the goods. Provide your order number, explain the problem, and provide product photos.

Return and refund conditions: 
If you receive quality problem products including wrong products, wrong size and other non-human damage products, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please be sure that all returned products must be unused (e.g. not worn, washed, damaged or altered).

Return process:
You contact our customer service department - We review - After a successful review, we will provide you with the information you need to return or exchange - If it is a return, we will contact you as soon as we receive your returned product. We will send you an email to confirm with you. After confirmation, we will refund you via PayPal (refund does not include shipping cost). If you paid directly with your PayPal account when you placed your order, the refund will be credited immediately. If you pay by credit or debit card, it will take about 3-7 working days (this depends on the processing speed of your bank) / If it is a exchange, we will send you a new item after we receive your returned item. Before sending out, we will email you to confirm with you. 

Note:
1.Return and exchange must contact our customer service department in advance. If the customer returns the goods without contact, we will not be able to obtain your return application and cannot refund you.
2.During the after-sales service, the freight for the returned product is borne by the customer, and the freight for re-send is borne by us.
